At Uglimart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Electronics must not show signs of damage or misuse.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Refund process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@uglimart.store and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
