A: Just browse our collections, click on a product, choose the variant (color, capacity, etc.), then click Add to Cart, and complete checkout. You can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any payment method available at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact our support as soon as possible at support@uglimart.store. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs and local delivery may influence timing)

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor shipping status.

Q: What if my order is lost, delayed or damaged in transit?
A: Contact us immediately at support@uglimart.store. We’ll help you file a claim with the courier, and if eligible, replace or refund the order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it’s in original condition, with packaging, and no signs of misuse. Proof of purchase is required.

Q: Are there any items that can’t be returned?
A: Items damaged by user misuse, missing serial numbers, or non-original parts may be ineligible for return. Always check the specific product listing or contact support for exceptions (e.g., software, consumables).

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: After we inspect the returned product, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes — most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 6 months to 1 year, depending on the brand). You’ll find warranty details on each product’s page. Uglimart does not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers unless specifically stated.

A: We do not currently offer repair services in-house. Some brands may provide spare parts or authorized service centers; check the product’s warranty terms or contact brand support.

A: No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders, view history, and save shipping addresses.
